Decent place on a budget

Pros:
Garbage disposal is on hall and easy Clean building
Cons:
Bugs they have exterminator come twice a month but still bugs. Needed repairs to my unit took forever playing phone tag they won’t call you back

POOR MANAGEMENT; DISGUSTING BUILDINGS – NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE !

Good neighborhoods and tenants are respectful
Cons:
+ MAJOR PEST ISSUES…MAJOR + Management SUCKS! They WILL NOT respond to your emails, calls, etc. You can only get a response from them unless you’re threatening them and/or the City or Health Department is involved. + Mold issues + I can go on!
Advice to owner:
I’m tapped out of advices because it’s not going to go anyway. I’m exhausted at this point. My energy has been tapped out.

Quiet, everyone minds their business and neighborhood is safe - pretty view
Cons:
roach infestation!!!!! water is constantly being shut off for maintenance (2-3 times/month)
