    Big apartments, nice neighbors
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to public transit, clean, laundry right next door, very large apartments, great rental prices
    Cons:
    No dogs allowed, no elevator, no in-unit washer dryer
    Advice to owner:
    Add washer dryer capacity in the basement
