It’s alright could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mostly quiet Near a lot of shopping stores and food places
Cons:
Teenagers sometimes come in and smoke weed in the hallways. The janitors leave garbage outside the building and it could be disgusting to walk by. Also my apartment unit occasionally has mice and roaches.

Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a good apartment complex to raise a family. It’s close to a lot of stores and public transportation.
Cons:
Sometimes management doesn’t like to fix things that need to be fixed.
Advice to owner:
Start fixing things that people constantly complain about.
