No compassion
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood. Private house
Cons:
Too much stomping on the floors. I pay for heat and hot water and electricity
Advice to owner:
Show compassion to your tenant. Times are extremely hard due to COVID pandemic. Being quarantined with no pay is not easy nor is it a pleasant feeling. Ppl who work for the city are struggling. Show more compassion. Being a landlord is not just about getting money. You need to show compassion to your tenants. If you're not actually out there working and earning a paycheck then you'll never understand how hard it is working and struggling with to pay bills with COVID. Apparently you're out of touch with this cold/harsh reality 😕
