Good building in nice neighborhood

Pros:
- Nice amenities (nest thermostat, new appliances, central air)
- Fun safe neighborhood
- Landlord is responsive and reasonable and keeps the building in good condition
Cons:
- Restaurant downstairs and CrossFit across the street are egregiously loud sometimes. There are some late-night vibrations in the walls that can be annoying
- Roach problem (living above a restaurant)
