Cons:
Construction next door left holes in the wall. 'Heat' means a small space heater that doesn't work, (yes that's illegal, expect that here) I bought my own, but made the mistake of using two, the fuse box was in the neighbor's apartment so I was without power until they nicely reset it. Management did nothing. Don't expect anything from management, you have to be VERY aggressive to get anything fixed. There's zero insulation. The windows are double pane, and not sealed. My blinds would move in the wind, never mind the constant dirt coming in. You can hear absolutely everything in the neighbor's apartment, every sneeze every word. There's just a sealed and locked door in between apartments and that's your fire escape. Rent is advertised not including utilities which are $150 month on top of rent paid to the landlord no option to pay yourself so they're lying about rent. There were holes in the walls and doors when I moved in intentionality hidden in there video tour (covid times)
Advice to owner:
Try living in the building, fix the heat and multiple other problems and you might have less turnover
