Stay away from this awful landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments have a lot of light, and the neighborhood is really nice
Cons:
Always dirty, unresponsive, rude, and dumb landlord, luxury prices with no amenities
Advice to owner:
Sell this building to someone who cares

Clean relatively new studio with lots of windows in an oddly narrow space
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean renovated unit. Close to public transportation. New appliances.
Cons:
Kind of insufferable landlord terrible at communication that felt inclined to gaslight me about the radiator heat either being non-existent or on full blast. Was basically illegal freezing temp through most of the winter.
Advice to owner:
Can't really offer any advice, it's a lost cause with this guy - the kind of problematic young, white and entitled Bed-Stuy property owner who sees it as nothing more than an investment.
