UNINHABITABLE. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing. There’s really nothing good about this place. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT RENT.
Cons:
This place is a scam, straight up. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We are having to break our lease early because this place is legitimately uninhabitable. Every corner that could have been cut HAS been cut in the construction.

Lisa James and Anthony Morris of The Morris Team, Inc are the worst property managers in existence! Never do business with them!

Where to start?
-There is zero noise or energy insulation, and the entire apartment shakes all day from the upstairs tenant’s noise/vibrations. We are shaken awake by the upstairs neighbors at 5am EVERY DAY, and are subject to their excessive noise all day, every day. We hear everything from conversations to bowel movements (seriously) DAILY. Every time we’ve politely spoken & tried to come to a compromise with the neighbors, they just get louder. Property managers have been aware for over 3 months and haven’t lifted a finger.
-The place is infested with mice, roaches, and other insects because none of the doors are hung properly so there are giant gaps on Every door. Property managers have been aware for over 2 months and haven’t lifted a finger.
-There’s now a huge hole in the basement ceiling from a water leak somewhere. The property managers have been aware for almost a month and haven’t lifted a finger. (see a pattern here?)
-Our power bill is astronomical because there is ZERO insulation, so were paying to heat the entire building, including the neighboring units. Again, property owners are aware, but done nothing.
-The property managers are truly the most reprehensible people I have ever had the displeasure to deal with in my entire life. Anthony Morris has never let me finish a sentence without interrupting me with misogynistic vitriol. They clearly have relapsed with their substance abuse. We get extremely offensive emails extremely late at night, rampant with misspellings and run-on sentences, bold & all-caps paragraphs (and they are quite public about their past substance abuse online).
-We’ve also been unable to get in touch with the property Owner, the people we have our actual lease with. We sent them a certified letter to bring up the habitability of the apartment they just purchased. They refused to respond and sent it back to the alcoholic property managers, Lisa James and Anthony Morris.
The place is less than a year old and literally falling apart.
We’ve had over 20 maintenance requests in less than 4 months. Seriously.
The closets still aren’t finished (no rods or shelves) and the backyard is still a mud patch—both things were promised to be finished by The Morris Team during the lease signing, and then afterward they got our money, The Morris Team refused the maintenance requests they previously approved and promised.
The lightbulbs flicker and go out & randomly come back on due to the excessive vibration from the neighbors. We’ve spent over $100 in lightbulbs in FOUR MONTHS because of crappy wiring and the lack of insulation.
I could keep going, but I’ll stop here.
Oh, and they sold this place as a “luxury apartment,” which is just laughable. There is nothing luxury about this.
JUST PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Advice to owner:
Fire property managers Lisa James and Anthony Morris of Corcoran’s The Morris Team, Inc. They have been the most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have EVER interacted with.
We legit get pounded with 10 drunk emails from them at either 4am or 11pm on a weekly, if not NIGHTLY, basis accusing us of stuff that we never did & have no idea what they’re talking about—sometimes it’s straight up incoherent drunk ramblings. If they were at my bar, I’d cut them off and order them a cab home.
Second, fix the maintenance issues we’ve been telling you about for MONTHS. Brand new construction should not be infested with vermin. Add in some insulation. I don’t need to hear my neighbors shitting every morning.
