Rent Stabilized in Wburg

Pros:
-Rent stabilized -Backyard area, rooftop, and small gym -Huge living rooms with 10 ft ceilings -Everyone can control their own heat/acs -Super is very responsive and fixes things quickly
Cons:
-not enough laundry machines and they break very frequently -No windows in common areas -rooms can be pretty small -only one bathroom for units w/ four beds

Pros:
Great location by lorimer train station and fairly new building. Apartments are modern and don’t have many issues
Cons:
Common areas such as roof and patio have been neglected. Management is unresponsive to requests for cleaning
Advice to owner:
Please maintain building amenities such as roof and patio. The furniture is worn and dangerous to use
