You get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap rent for the area, in-unit washer dryer, updated appliances, super was pretty responsive for small issues
Cons:
• Cockroaches... the small German kind... and no one signs up for pest control.
• Random notices that hot water will be unavailable
• Disgusting rats nest in the garbage cans (don't throw away ANYTHING at night) and residents just throw their trash bags on the street

Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is excellent.
Cons:
Mice, leaking ceilings that don't get repaired, cockroaches, ear-piercing hot water pipes, loud neighbors and street life, have to argue with the management to get anything fixed and even then it still usually takes years.
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenant issues and learn to understand that every tenant deserves to live in a safe apartment free of pests and damage.

Rats! Rats! Rats!
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was quiet
Cons:
There was a rats nest under the garbage cans outside, couldn’t get in building without them running over you feet. Also heard them in walls and under our sink. Worst nightmare. Management ignored us and took forever to address. We had to move. This was 2015 or so
Advice to owner:
Get rid of rats and communicate
