Best Management So Far!

Pros:
Small building with attentive management. All work orders were filled within 48 hours. Water pressure was good, the building was maintained, and communication was clear. I really enjoyed living here.
Cons:
Sometimes the trash piled up and the building wasn't cleaned as frequently/regularly, but overall not many cons.

Solid Quiet Apartment

Pros:
Quiet, clean apartment building. Neighbors are very quiet as well.
Cons:
There were a few issues with plumbing, water pressure, and the water heater. The super came usually within one day to fix these issues, though!

Terribly managed and unsafe

There were no pros.
Cons:
Several break-ins/robberies in the building in a short amount of time. Management was no help.
The building was issued a vacate order by the NYC Department of Buildings because it was deemed unsafe to occupy. All tenants had to leave and find new housing with no notice.

Pros:
Close to train station
Cons:
Walls are so thin, you can hear the mice whisper. Run by AYA Management which will only be responsive when you owe them rent. Extremely rude staff. There's no ventilation in the kitchen. It's just an overall shit show.
Advice to owner:
Change your staff and work on the building - it needs it.
