Pros:
central in bk, easy access to trains and getting out of BK
Cons:
People drive crazy down the street
the street is normally really disgusting. Trash and dog do-do all over the street.
The outside door into the apartment lock
and the security cameras don’t work, package stolen
The management company is awful, they never respond, or come by to clean up.
They left an open hole in the roof for over a month. People come to work on the building are rude, unprofessional and don't clean up after themselves.
The building was built cheaply and everything is breaking, the water pressure is awful + water is scorching hot and random smells coming from the pipes like a dead body rolled in cat piss. Flies are everywhere all over the trash, it’s dusty and there’s no amenities for the outlandish prices that you have to pay! Avoid this building
Advice to owner:
Send some by to clean up the building more regularly.
Come by and know the tenants living there
Don’t do construction in the building without notice
Just do better about the up keep of an apartment

Every apartment is their own floor
Cons:
Trash built up under new management. Not Elad - great landlord.

Pros:
Building was newly renovated, new appliances, heat worked very well, exterminator came frequently even though we never had a problem
Cons:
Street view side tended to be a little loud but that’s just Brooklyn. Kind of hard to get in contact with management
Advice to owner:
Just have management actually introduce themselves via email so tenants know who they are contacting.
