Nice Design, Decent Upkeeping, Loud and Dirty Street
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Great Unit Layout and nice finishes -Amazing windows -Spacious Rooftop (cool view of Brooklyn with -Manhattan in the horizon) -Decent Gym -Great Waste Management -Nice Neighbors -Option to have Fios for wifi -Superintendent is very responsive -Plenty of Washing/Drying machines in the building, so you rarely have to wait -CitiBike station close by
Cons:
-Packages get stolen regularly -Very easy for external people to come into the building -Upkeeping of the building could improve (the vestibule of the rooftop has humidity issues and the wall finishes are not properly done) -No storage space in rooms and little closets -VERY LOUD and dirty street
Advice to owner:
Improve upkeeping Consider adding a second vestibule in the groundfloor Make the rooftop more cozy with strong lights

Almost amazing spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
New construction, great layouts and finishes, responsive building management and super.
Cons:
On a very busy street, so extremely noisy for Dekalb-facing apartments. Packages would get stolen from time to time. Rooftop has a lot of potential but isn’t maximized.

Brand new building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brand new building with modern appliances Elevator Rooftoop Movie theater Car garage No pet restrictions Individual heat/ac units Good maintenance and management
Cons:
Ghetto area Expensive for what it claims to be Tenants shared units with big families and friends- crowded and banging doors Busses stop right there Not safe location Neighborhood smells like burning oil Far from the subway, inconvenient to go to the city Snake landlords
Advice to owner:
No one is going to pay you for 1 bedroom 2500 + for that area, bad investment
