So many rats everywhere.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are great.
Cons:
The amount of rats is wild. They are literally everywhere, outside of the building, in the courtyard, IN THE WALLS! There is also a borderline hoarder as a super and there’s literal trash everywhere, in hallways, in the courtyard. No one cleans anything and it smells like death everywhere in the building.
Advice to owner:
If you want to raise the rent on your tenants, maybe do something to the building so it would be worth the amount you would be charging extra. Greed has taken over our neighborhood and these are peoples homes. Would you like to live in a rat infested building and expected to pay an unreasonable raise in rent? It’s disgusting behavior.

You get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very affordable rent for the area. Great location. Utilities included in rent.
Cons:
The super is a hoarder. W/D in the building barely works. A lot of ants in the apartment every spring. Heat barely works in the winter. Refrigerator leaks water everywhere and management won’t do anything about it. Tons of rats.
Advice to owner:
Remove all the garbage lying around the building. Fix the issues inside the apartments.
