decent building, good locati

Pros:
the on site super is great. the apartment is spacious. good location
Cons:
A+E management was difficult to get ahold of and was not promptly responsive to issues. the on site super was excellent though. no laundry on site.
Advice to owner:
if you continue use an automated line for inquiries and complaints, at least make sure the person answering it is competent
