    Quiet block
    Convenient to subway
    Friendly neighbors
    Cons:
    Landlord is nosy, bothersome
    Bathroom fixtures are cheap, tacky, hard to keep clean, not modern
    Apartment paint job was tacky
    Improvements needed; Landlord not willing to fix problem issues
