    Great building and team

    Pros:
    The staff keep it clean and the super lives in the building. It’s quiet and close to the subway.
    Cons:
    Nothing, I liked the place but moved because the apartment was too small after 12 years
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good work

    Built in A/C instead of being able to add one in the window.
