Good management, well maintained building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is very responsive to concerns Friendly neighbors for the most part Unit was newly remodeled Bus right in front of building
Cons:
Some noise on ground floor, people hanging out in lobby, lot of echoes Seems they are favoring new renters, not the long term tenants

High Rent for Hastle
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively safe neighborhood; nice neighbors.
Cons:
Persistent construction noise, lobby is used for gatherings so noise reverberates, it’s also used for skateboarding and place for children to run around so the echo of the voice is constant. Mice infestation for 2 years while on rent, owner consistently failed to address the issue. Pest control detected hole behind the dry walls. Wiring for internet is impacted by construction so there is regular disconnection/not ideal for people working remotely.
Advice to owner:
Just address the issues. Focus on structural renovation and not synthetic make-overs.
