    Landlord level of honesty
    Upkeep of apartment and common area I.e painting / cleaning of hallway
    No immediate response to pest issues
    Heat issues
    Consistent Leaking roof issues
    Advice to owner:
    Being honest and transparent goes a long way .
    Security deposit are meant to be returned !
    Maintenance of Pest Control should be regularly addressed .
