- roaches, mice, & water bugs run rampant through the home. - repairs are not fixed on time; holes in the wall, active house mold and black mold located in the bathrooms & carpets. - owner is narcissistic. harasses, stalks, and verbally abuses tenants via text messaging & phone calls. - thinning walls, making it easy to be awoken, or private conversations to be heard. - owner oversteps boundaries by accessing tenants rooms while they are away.
Advice to owner:
you do not deserve to hold the title of being a landlord. you are nasty, narcissistic, and have been living uncleanly since my tenancy! I’d advise you to do better, but in fact you won’t because you’ve been keeping your home disgusting for years! you gamble your tenants rent money and refuse to make proper fixtures when it comes to people’s safety!

Unhinged landlord stay FAR away!!!

Pros:
none at all.
Cons:
- picks & chooses when to give tenants their mail. - heating is not consistently on during the winter. - persistent water bugs, roaches, & mice present through out the house & mainly shared kitchen areas. - landlord illegally SHARES bathroom with tenants. - NO maintenance fixtures to holes in the walls, clogged/broken pipes, or mold. - landlord provides strict rules for tenants to be cleanly, yet does not follow their own protocol. - landlord increases rent various months at a time to help cover their gambling addiction.
