Worse apartment building and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subways This is by far the worse apartment building I have lived in all NYC area. Zev Miltz the property manager is rude, he would insult you and threaten you if you do not agree with him and demand simple repairs.
Cons:

Advice to owner:

Very loud radiators
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pre-war apartment. Good sound insulation between rooms. Affordable rent. Close to the 2 and Q/B/S trains. A couple of blocks from Prospect Park.
Cons:
When the winter comes, you better buckle up - the radiators are ridiculously noisy. The worst part is they turn on every 1.5 - 2 h at night. Needless to say it drastically worsens quality of sleep. Earplugs may help you but it’s quite a challenge to use them every night.

Pros:
Location is great for commuters
Cons:
The heaters makes this really loud banging sound all day and night and makes it really hard for sleeping.
