Mid but Pretty
Former Tenant
Pros:
Recently redone amenities
Cons:
In between a car parking lot and weird pool hours
Over 1 year ago
Management doesn’t give a single f*ck
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has a rooftop and a sauna
The super is really good and super helpful
Cons:
Steam room is always broken
Elevator is constantly broken and they never put up a sign so the delivery person know where to go
Cheap and ugly finishes used during construction
Lobby “art” looks like a 4-year old kid cut it for a school homework
Gym equipment is old and broken. Gym walls have holes in it
“Yoga” room is an empty room. Good job!
Swimming pool decor is ugly and dirty and they just have it so they can rent it to kids and make money of it.
There is no trash bin in the lobby
Laundry machines don’t function properly
No trash bins around the building
Management is unresponsive and does not give a fuck
Advice to owner:
spend money to make the common areas nicer. This building has potential but right now it looks like a shit hole. Be responsive to tenants cause I think we speak the same language.

Shady Business Practices
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fine enough building, clean, newer.
Cons:
Tiny rooms, crazy expensive electrical bills, 'amenities' are not open/useful and expensive. Nothing is actually repaired or cared for, just lean on the fact that it's newer. Refused to give back security deposit and had to take to court, tried to charge one apartment for whole building's cleaning fee.
Advice to owner:
You shouldn't own/manage property if you aren't willing to take care of it and be responsible tot your tenants.

Nice building but insanely high electric bills
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice building although a bit outdated. Ok amenities. Good location
Cons:
Heat and cooling are powered by A/C in each room. It works well but the ConEd bills were always insanely high - calculate an extra $300/400. This was brought up many times to landlords by tenants to no avail.

Great experience so far
Former Tenant
Pros:
Positive experiences i don’t regret moving in
Cons:
No complaints very great experience
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive that’s really all

Good bargain
Former Tenant
Pros:
Prices are fair for the area, building management company seems to care about tenant experience
Cons:
Only electric door locks. Can be an issue. Shotty construction which is common in north front pier buildings
Advice to owner:
Continue doing what you’re doing but possibly look into new amenities

It’s definitely not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has a pool but it’s only available for 3 hours in the evening ..

Nobody wakes up 6-9am to try to use it !!!!
Cons:
Elevator is broken twice a week on average.

Your electric bill will be 3x the average.
This building owner includes all the hallway lights and amenities are tied into to everyone’s share of power. They don’t disclose this !!!!

Property owner will pull up and park in your parking spots that you pay for and complain when you tell them to move. They will email you one day after rent is due to harass you but never fix the elevator that breaks everyday. I swear elevator breaks 4/5 times a week. No lie
The owners will stare at you if they don’t know you as if they know every tenant and they don’t !!!
I can’t wait till my lease is over so I can move out of here.
Advice to owner:
Why are you so cheap that you can’t keep the elevator working consistently...
