Pros:
Quiet for the most part, has laundry room in the building
Cons:
Water turns off at random times, heat is always on when it’s not cold outside but never turns on when it’s freezing outside, no security in the building so random people walk in at any time and steal packages
Advice to owner:
Don’t up the rent
