This building is Awful we have security guard and all they do is sleep

Pros:
It’s nothing I like about this building advise not want to come and spend the money would you see you in the outside is not what you gonna get on the inside
Cons:
This building is not a safe building they don’t fix nothing so I advise you do not come here to let anybody move in here you had decent working people and then you got people who would destroy this building they have shit everywhere dogs

Get a property owner that’s care about the property itself get new security company because they don’t care

Nice grassy areas, close to subways and bus
Cons:
Roaches, mice, garbage stays piled out outside building for dayssss on end. Maintenance staff doesn’t fix anything.
Advice to owner:
Keep the building cleaner, hire active maintenance workers…do your job !
