Ok place but block about to CHANGE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly neighbors always looking out for each other.
Cons:
Noise level. Construction. Big ass dogs in courtyard pooping everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Having rules that apply to all. Gentrifiers getting away with too much.
