    Milton is the BEST!!!

    Pros:
    Milton was the best landlord I ever had in Brooklyn. Lives on the 1st floor but keeps
    To himself. He is always responsive and very kind. The apartment was well maintained and I never had an issue.
    Cons:
    The man is passionate about maintaining the garbage/recycling. Not sure if thats per se a con though.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you’re doing. I wish I could have stayed longer!
