Close to a lot of shops, Cobble Hill, the water, and Trader Joe's. Quiet building and quiet street.
Cons:
AC wasn't the best, but it was manageable in the summer. Not many complaints.

Great for student housing, made things really easy.
Cons:
The elevators were slow and garbage often piled up in the garbage rooms on each hall. Maintenance was sometimes hard to get ahold of unless there was something really wrong.
