It was fine, great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
My roommates were great but the building is pretty much what you see is what you get. The management was responsive.
Cons:
There were mice.

Great space, good management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is very responsive (they replaced our fridge, provided monthly extermination appointments and were flexible to negotiating rent price significantly lower even pre-COVID). The space was big & sunny and on a quiet street. I loved living here.
Cons:
Mice were a problem several times throughout living there, the walls have a lot of holes. Neighbors were pretty transient and had a couple of weird incidents (fights, Airbnb). Because the building is old, floor creaks a lot of you have neighbors above you. No fire escape. No roof access. Packages often got left out the door and stolen (I blame UPS for that).
Advice to owner:
Give access to the roof, put laundry machine in the building (laundromat is a bit far away from here). Make updates to insulation to keep mice out. Overall though, very responsive.
