I onky recommend unless your other option is homelessness

Pros:
The only pro is you get a more rooms for lower than normal in New York.
Cons:
There are mice. A exterminator had come last year but never again afterward. Because the walls are thin it’s nothing for the mice to create a new hole even after you patch the other up. I put sticky traps down but it only catches water bugs (yes, the building also has roaches). Not to mention the draft it causes in the winter so we have to crank the heat.
The excessive dust inside the apartments will have you cleaning your room every 3 days. You can’t leave anything ex. clothes in your closet, lotions on your dresser, uncovered because it’ll be ruined with a week — that is if the moisture mold doesn’t get to it first.
I don’t know what to call this next problem we have but bubbles/boils are forming on the walls.
