Great place to live

Pros

This was a great building to live in! The location was AMAZING, close to the 2/3 and B/Q and all the restaurants/bars/shops in both Park Slope and Prospect Heights. Proximity to Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza was amazing. The building itself was well maintained, with only 2 units in the building, and management was great to interact with. We never had any problems with pests, and you have control of your own heat which is amazing. The kitchen was wonderful with so much counter space and storage. Overall we loved living here and only moved out because we were leaving NYC.

Cons

The apartment is on Flatbush so obviously that is a busy/noisy street, but the building itself was well insulated from the noise and didn't bother us. Living above a Union Market was super convenient, but also meant that loading of the store happened right outside our door, which was a minor inconvenience.
