Overall good with minor issues

Pros:
Very clean building, the super and maintenance men upkeep the building all the time. Floors are mopped twice a week in the building, any issues the super will most of the time fix it with no issues. Location is nice, apartment building itself is new. There’s laundry in building and really close to the trains.
Cons:
The management did not fix a leak in my apartment until now that I’m moving out. My room was leaking since September and it is now April and it has only gotten worse. It’s weird because they fix everything else but not a leak? Unclear why.
Advice to owner:
Just fix the leak when asked. It shouldn’t take almost 8 months to fix it.

Pros:
Very clean, consistent cleaning schedule of common areas.
Cons:
Only one laundry machine, doesn't work at times and you have to pay a lot for it.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and kinder in addressing building concerns

Pros:
The ownership is very quick and responsive. We’ve never had any sort of bug or pest issue. The neighbors are great.
Cons:
The units are pretty small.
Advice to owner:
Potential carpenter ant issue that should be dealt with
