New, but poorly maintained

Pros:
Very walkable area, rooftop access, bus that can connect to the L is right outside your door
Cons:
Terrible staff, laundry is subpar, no access to landlord, requests for maintenance go unheard for entire months

Overpriced, new management cut corners

Location, Patios for rear apartments, water pressure, bathroom size
Cons:
Waste management always garbage all over, new management company prices apartments so high they have to offer months free at a time. This is one of those greedy losers that buys a building in foreclosure doesn’t actually invest in quality renovations but
expects the upper end if rent in area.
