Don’t bother with this place. Lazy landlords.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big place. Fairly quiet.
Cons:
Mold grows so fast. Owner is NEVER responsive when it comes to important issues like broken appliances, heat, or rodents/pests. Had to spend my own money fixing a mouse problem when THEY should have done it. Constant construction noise. Appliances are cheap and break all the time.
Advice to owner:
Actually DO something about problems. It shouldn’t take MONTHS to fix something simple that you are LEGALLY REQUIRED to fix.

Loud Concerte Boxes, shaken appart by 278 nightly.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location to McGloric Park, and weird squater parking under the highway. Great starter for learning how to sleep next to a highway n navigating alternate side parking rules!
Great food, wash n fold services close by and a 15min walk to the train stations L&G.
Cons:
Laundy n basment has a very specific odor, (still does to this day) with horrible stairwell ventalation. Landlords and management are very negligent in building repairs and maintenance. Lots of repair and construction going on now (2020) we still have friends we visit in the building but, still very lack luster improvements for such high prices. Rent in 2003 was 1250$ increases over each year is around 200$ our old place is now around $3400 and do not match maintance or improvements.
Advice to owner:
Maybe even out your rent hikes to retain good tenants, and keep up on repairs to your roof leaks and venting the stairwells.
