Great Building to Stay in a long time

Pros:
Everything was a great about this building, 5 stars across the board. Tip your super Freddie here and he will take great care of you. The landlord is also really great and low key.
Cons:
Can’t think of anything. Heat was very expensive at the time but I think they have since replaced the windows and resealed the doors.

Pros:
Lots of space. When they raise rent it is very minimal and you can even come back and ask for it a little lower than their ask.
Cons:
There laundry in the building which isnt that great so I take it somewhere else to drop it off.

super is pretty quick with repairs, haven’t ever seen a roach or a rat, well-insulated building
