Pros:
I love the location and the neighborhood is great. Convenient to the train, nice people locally and quiet (for Brooklyn).
Cons:
The landlord is insane. Do not rent any apartment in this building. The land lady treats it like you are renting a room in her hours instead of a business. She makes up rules as she goes along. She doesn't clean, doesn't exterminate, won't fix anything and if you make her mad or ask for anything, she turns down the heat and hot water. You will freeze in the wintertime. She has cameras everywhere and she is always in your business. This place is pure hell. Don't do it.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building so someone else can take care of the building.

The neighborhood is convenient
Cons:
The landlord is nosy she wants to control her tenants and when she gets mad she turns the heat and hot water down and she keeps her music blasting when she not home all day and night
Advice to owner:
Stop being a miserable slumlord and get some business about yourself

The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is convenient to everything
Cons:
The owner thinks she owns the tenets along with the apartment she is very messy and noisy you will have no privacy and when she gets mad she don’t want you talking to other tents or neighbors. She will turn the hot water and heat down at her convenience and leave her music blasting disturbing all the neighbors 24/7 she watches the ring bell and will tell you who you can allow over she is the epitome of petty she don’t clean the building and she also practices voodoo!! It’s reports and pictures showing how she puts stuff to make her tenants sick

GET SOME BUSINESS ABOUT YOUR SELF AND GROW UP
