Average experience all around

Pros:
Apartments are spacious, neighborhood is amazing, and the units are rent stabilized.
Cons:
The entrance hallway--very scary, never cleaned. Needs to be repainted. The units use base heating so the heating bills are ginormous especially considering all the units have at least one massive bedroom that is almost impossible to heat. The maintenance staff can also be a little more responsive.
Advice to owner:
Please clean the hallways and close any open tickets! Seems like maybe management or staff has changed and the service we are getting has lessened.
