Bit noisy, otherwise pretty great

Pros:
Short walk to several parks
Right above a snack and smoke shop
Neighborhood is super cute, lots of good food,
bars, and cafes
Cons:
Neighbor drums sometimes, other neighbor sometimes plays loud music
Street noise can be tough (not far from the BQE
either)
Has a nice backyard, but it is almost never used for anything beyond smoking
