Building needs up graded
Former Tenant
Pros:
The build is safe to live in.
Cons:
Everything in the apartment is outdated if you been living there a long time.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade needed to old apartments. Super is not a nice person.

Buggy and Unresponsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer/Dryer in Building & Great access to B/Q trains and Prospect Park. Elevator is convenient.
Cons:
Full of every kind of roach there is, not to mention mice and rats. Try to get management to assist and they won't. If another tenant refuses pest control, then the problem only continues. Some neighbors are louder than others, and other tenants are allowed to make noise complaints against you walking around in your apartment. Tenants smoke in the hallway and leave still-burning cigarette butts on the hallway floor. Reports of packages being stolen often.
Advice to owner:
If the building has an infestation as large as this one, then announce mandatory pest control for a month. It's done at other buildings, so why not this one too?
