Overall good quality of life

Pros:
Very nice, modern and well kept.
Cons:
Fruit flies find their way in my unit every other week through the pipes.
Advice to owner:
Traps for the whole floor, or more adequate pest treatment. The fruit flies may be from the store downstairs.

Love this place

Pros:
The number one thing I love about this place is the management. They are brothers and they genuinely care about their property, they’re responsive, and seem to know each tenant by unit and name. This is so rare in NY. The apartment is beautiful, well constructed and feels like a sanctuary. The building is clean and well maintained. They have a garage if you have a car.
Cons:
Water in the bathroom sink takes a long time to get hot sometimes. My morning routine is to turn it on and let it run while I do other things until it gets hot. Never have that issue with the shower or kitchen sink though.
Advice to owner:

Pros:
Building is new so appliances/fixtures/etc. are new, and we didn't run into any real issues. Management is pretty responsive. Never heard noise from neighbors while in the apartment.
Cons:
faces a fairly large street with the occasional loud vehicle passing by at night (probably 0-2 times per night)
