Good cheap place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near lots of subways including being right next to the S train. Lots of good local bars and restaurants
Cons:
Management isn’t really responsive. I had issues with my kitchen sink randomly filling up with bubbles. I tried calling my super at least 5 times and his handyman didn’t do anything until one day when I came home and my apartment was flooded. I tried to switch units but gave up after a couple of weeks of routinely going to the leasing office and asking about other open units.
Advice to owner:
Just listen to your tenants, you probably won’t have them bugging you if you just hear them out and offer a solution rather than asking to come back another time.

It's New Brooklyn fine...shrugs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building. A lot to do in area.
Cons:
Super gentrification of Old Brooklynites. NYC street rats. Train passes by every 6 minutes.
