    Neglectful Landlord Warning

    Pros:
    Nice building overall. Elevator works. Good size apartments.
    Cons:
    Landlord will never fix anything. It took a full year to get our AC fixed. Multiple emails and calls and texts ignored. The apartment is nice as long as nothing breaks, then you’re on your own. If you are late on rent however they will immediately call and yell at you.

    provide timely maintenance

    Great neighbors, great location, most units are recently renovated

    Some pipe and flood issues in lower units,
