good place bad neighbors

Pros:
the maintenance guy was always very helpful! shelved snow, came to sort and take out the garbage multiple times a week, etc
Cons:
the tenants on the first floor were TERRIBLE! blasted music all hours of the night, got into screaming matches with each other, other tenants in the building, and surrounding neighbors and the management was not helpful

we also had a roach infestation at one point that we had to deal with on our own because their "exterminator" was just the maintenance guy who came to spray roach spray
Advice to owner:
obviously rent money is important but one when set of tenants is violating the lease by making living inhabitable for everyone else, they should be dealt with by management instead of leaving tenants to have to deal with it
