This complex is one of the worst buildings in Brooklyn.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments located near transportation. Light and gas are included.
Cons:
Extremely dirty with frequent flooding in apartments, problems with rodents. This building is like a overpriced project. With all the crime as well.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants like they are living human beings. Do not illegally over charge them in rent.
