Pros:
Great staff / very clean / neighbors mostly great.
Apartments are individually owned, so you landlord experience will be specific to the unit. More and more apartments being rented out. At least 30% of building rent
Large loft apartments/high ceilings
Washer dryer in unit
Chef kitchens
Cons:
New management in last couple years has been very unpleasant. Even pre-covid, we had new rules/regulations without any reason. And especially during covid, it’s been so bizarre. We still can’t use the gym or the roof (common spaces).
New construction next door will block all light/views on city side of the building.
Overall, we still love it here, but it has put a damper on things.
Advice to owner:
Redo the bathrooms, replace the bamboo floors. The reno of 70 was 2005ish, so things are wearing out
