Decent place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
They are very responsive to any issues and try their best to fix them.
Cons:
The package policy where you can’t get your package while the doorman is checking in packages (usually between 5-8pm)

Great building, no complaints
Former Tenant
Pros:
Couldnt ask for more tbh Management is great, super and staff are excellent, residents are all very good. Been here two years and havent had any issues whatsoever
Cons:
No cons. Price maybe? But it's a fairly expensive building, and you get what you pay for.

Good spot for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was impeccably clean. The doormen were polite and helpful. Laundry on the floor. High end finishes and great natural light.
Cons:
They started showing the unit without informing us & they walked in with prospective tenants while we were sleeping.

Overall a good experience, although very pricey for what you get
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location near many subways and grocery stores. Never had issues with noise or loud neighbors. A very dog friendly building. Trash rooms/service halls are well maintained and emptied out multiple times per day. Building is generally well maintained. Management/leasing office is in the building which is helpful. Front Desk/doormen are kind, efficient and courteous, packages were never lost.
Cons:
Poor air flow in the interior facing units (courtyard facing) units. The balconies are more like fire escapes and most tenants don’t really use it except to use it store stuff that wouldn’t fit in their apt. Not very private either. The building is beginning to show its age. Depending on the unit, some appliances can be on the older side (15+ years old!) Older PTAC units can be very loud which made it difficult to sleep. Insulation isn’t the greatest which leads to extreme temperatures especially in summer and windows developing frost during winter. Electric bills especially during summer and winter can be very high. No amenities except out door courtyard and free access to YMCA. Only 2 washers and dryers per floor
Advice to owner:
Upgrade the appliances to more energy efficient models. Get true solar shades that will insulate from the heat better. More laundry machines.

I love this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is clean and beautiful and the doormen and maintenance people are lovely. The courtyard facing apartments are quiet and have balconies. Big windows and lots of natural light. I never saw a rat or a roach in the 5 years I lived there. The location can’t be beat. This neighborhood is gold.
Cons:
It is super corporate. Rent is very high. The street facing apartments are a bit loud.
