LANDLORD NEGLECTING TO IMPORTANT MATTERS!
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s located in a nice neighborhood near the 3&4 train 10 min walk. Laundromat, supermarkets etc near by
Cons:
It’s infested with roaches, the water smells if tenants don’t put bleach! The breakers cuts out if too many things are plugged in! The building is nasty! The garbage is never handled by the owner so the building always get tickets for the garbage n not recycling! Etc
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to what needs to be done and fix the PROBLEMS!! Stop focusing on rent alone. Since you became the new landlord you haven’t fixed anything or payed any attention to anything that has been said to you!
