Roaches and trash is everywhere

Pros:
I got my security deposit back.
Cons:
Roaches. The people who utilize the food pantry dumped beans on my bike, food is littered everywhere and no one cleans up
Advice to owner:
Hire a new super, they only take the trash out every 2 weeks.
