great location, not great management
Former Tenant
Pros:
location, living room
Cons:
heating issues, appliances often break
Advice to owner:
be more responsive to your tenants, the rent raise is not worth the apartment

far from "perfect" management
Former Tenant
Pros:
convieninet location to subway
Cons:
Perfect Management harrassed us to leave the apt ONE month prior to the lease end so that they could "renovate" as theyhiked up the price by 2000$ per month. They were rude & insensitive on multiple occassions
Advice to owner:
DO BETTER PLEASE

12 Meserole - Worth a long term lease!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing Backyard ! Spacious Amazing Owner, super helpful during lockdown New appliances, Washer-Dryer in-unit 1 Block to Harvest Market, J Line
Cons:
Garbage storage is right in-front of the building - not a great spot ! Basement was slightly painful for my room-mates ! Had few leaks thru the winter but all of it was fixed fairly quick
Advice to owner:
12 Meserole was an amazing place to live and I wish Management renovates the basements in the building ! Given an opportunity to lease by floor I’d love to stay again in this place. Bit of renovation would allow new renters to move-in!
