Pros:
Not one thing, unfortunately.
Cons:
Major water damage on both the main floor and the basement. Water damage and mold in literally every room of the home. Landlords handed ovef the apartment filled with furniture and piles of trash in the backyard. There is so much trash that gets tossed on Eastern Parkway it's dangerous. Neighbors don’t clean up dog poop so entire sidewalk is filled with poop. Landlords poured made us go through a rigorous vetting process to ensure we were "good tenants" only to never ever fix anything the entire time we lived there. Mushrooms growing in the kitchen from a backed up pipeline exploding in the kitchen. This place was an absolute hellish nightmare and we hope this review saves you from the hell we just endured.
Advice to owner:
Tear down this building and try again
