Typical NYC lazy landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nobody bothers you.
Cons:
Mold in the roof staircase. The hot water heaters on each floor have given out. The landlord just replaces it after all the water damage and leaking into the stairs.
Advice to owner:
Get better phone responsiveness. The women on the phone are so rude and have zero information.
